Polígrafa was founded by Manuel de Muga in 1964, since when it has collaborated with more than 350 artists. In 1970 Joan de Muga, son of the founder, opened a workshop for etchings, lithographs and other printing techniques. Today the partners Juan de Muga, José Aloy and Álvaro Puigdengolas continue the business by developing new projects in the workshop located in Barcelona to which renowned contemporary artists are invited.
